I want a replacement, not a refund
I sent this pretty ceramic butter dish with lid to my daughter. It arrived on time, but the lid does not fit. I asked for a replacement to be sent, but I can only receive a refund, less a fee. I like this item, even though it is very expensive for what it is and now I must pay the price again, extra, because of the fee I am obliged to pay for the faulty lid! Not amused.
