We're so happy with this purchase.It's the exact size for our needs. Cooks and heat food well. It's the easiest to clean and keep microwave I have ever own. It's very affordable.

Ordered this product a week ago. Today it arrived - missing the critical glass turntable and the ring support it turns on. Promptly called Amazon, who had offered a 90-day product support for a refurbished item. After explaining what parts were missing I was told I needed to separately purchase those items, and the cost would afterwards be refunded. I did so. I will update this review when the parts finally arrive and after I see the $34.29 refund on my Visa statement. So far not real thrilled with the purchaseUpdate - I'm an idiot. It was packaged separately and put aside by my partner. The order is complete. I cancelled the additional/unneeded parts and called Visa to reverse the $34.29. Five stars, it works well.

When opening the microwave, we found both the packaging and the microwave damaged, dented badly on one of the corners and not being safe enough to try and plug it in and see if it would work anyway. I immediately packed it up, returned it today around 7 to the UPS store then contacted amazon at 0100 hrs this morning 4-24 and asked if they could possibly expedite my credit and they did with no problem at all after verifying the microwave had been indeed returned. Amazon will always do their very best to help with a situation in a timely manner indeed and you can trust that fact completely! As for being easy to use, I have no idea, hence my 1 star. The value for the money was excellent!

Quiet, heats food through and through evenly

This microwave is a medium size, with a rotating glass plate. It is easy to program and use and looks great on the counter It heats larger size containers efficiently and I've never had any problems with it.

We purchased this microwave in February of 2020, and already it is malfunctioning. The oven often doesn't heat even though the plate spins and the light is on. It was a lot of fun getting through the Amazon Customer Service process whose response time is painfully slow. They finally "solved" my problem by directing me to research myself how to reach the manufacturer. Once I found Toshiba's Customer Service page, I learned they do not receive calls on a Saturday, so I was directed to compose an email, but their form kept telling me that I had illegal characters (which I didn't) in the body of the email, so it wouldn't send. I wouldn't NOT recommend anyone get this oven or any other from Toshiba.

Microwaves things quickly and is stronger than most microwaves. Anything Toshiba is worth the money

Was skeptical due to being refurbished.....and low cost.....but have been using it daily since purchase without any issues or concerns.....VERY happy I purchased this microwave.
