These are so good! I love the darker chocolates, especially in chip form, but it is hard to find good dark chocolate chips, especially this dark. They are rich with a background hint of fruity flavor, like Ghirardelli chocolate 60% chips, but with a deeper flavor, and are mostly crunchy while retaining a slight softness to the chocolate as it melts immediately in your mouth as if it were milk chocolate. Who knew the best of both worlds could come together, melty texture with rich flavor, and in organic with such a great price?This bulk bag I gobbled up much faster than I intended, but mostly guilt free since they are low glycemic and full of good nutrients.Ordered these a second time and they look as good as the first time. This time they came in a large extra padded box with ice packs to protect them.

Excellent flavor. GOOD JOB! Product shipped in ice packs so the product arrived in perfect condition, in record-breaking heat. I will continue to re-order as long as present standards are maintained.Update 8/11/'23: Reordered and this time not so fortunate. Ordered two bags, both shipped in an insulated bag with "ice" pack (one), but the insulated bag was open, contents melted. I think this could have been a better outcome with more careful attention to securing the insulated bag with additional tape. Both bags of chips were partially melted so became chocolate blobs. Will probably not risk ordering again until cool weather. Sorry - they lose a star. :(

I use these for snacking, and they're perfect. They melt in your mouth like nothing, not waxy at all. They have a delicious bitter bite, so be warned if you don't like very dark chocolate.

Yummy in energy bars

The first order I received arrived insulated w/cold packs. I live in high desert so this was important to me. Just got my 2nd order of these delicious healthier chocolate chips, but part of the bag was melted and even though box was insulated, the cold pack was not cold at all. Probably the shipping companies fault, but disappointed.
