I got this as a gift for my mother for her garden. She loved it! It's cast iron, so it will last out in the elements. She thinks he's cute.

He's perfect. Not too big or too small. Blends in great with my garden without drawing too much notice to himself. Nice and heavy so I'm not worried about him blowing away.

This turtle will be used as a yard decoration. It is sturdy, heavy, and is an excellent facsimile. I think it was a well priced “find” for the yard.

I love my turtle - he's sturdy and stays exactly where I put him - no wandering. And I would consider him the right weight instead of having a light weight. We have quite a bit of wind, and I don't need a yard or garden critter that can be blown around. And he's very handsome.
