AeroblendAirbrush Makeup Personal Starter Kit - Light Foundation - With 8 Color Set

I don't wear foundation or blush very often because I don't like to fuss. However, I watched some videos that showed women who looked like they weren't wearing foundation and I became interested in airbrush makeup. So I took a chance and ordered a kit. I'm really surprised at how well this foundation applies. It feels so light, like I'm not wearing foundation. It has terrific staying power.Some problems I had: the highlighter sample bottle was clogged and it just wouldn't come out, somInsqueezed the bottle harder and I it burst. Some other folks have said that some of the bottles clog, but this was more like it was a packaging defect in the bottle, not a makeup clog. I would love to try the highlighter, but had to throw out the bottle. I mixed some other colors out of the kit, no orangey tones in here at all.My other problem was when I first received my kit, the airbrush didn't work, the switch just loosely went back and forth and no makeup would come out. I went back to the instructions under troubleshooting and learned that I had to twist the end and then tighten the needle. That worked! So I think the needle can loosen during the shipping process for those who have tried to use it and no make up comes out.Things I like about this product: it's reasonably priced and seems to be a great quality product both the equipment and the makeup. It's great for when you have a cold and keep blowing your nose, cause you can easily touch up any makeup you wipe off. The coverage was very light and even. The makeup lasts until you take it off. Nice selection of colors. Very easy to layer your base color with contour or blush, etc. The makeup doesn't settle in creases or look caked on, unless you are too close and apply too much. It's easy to control the amount applied even in very small areas once you get used to holding the brush and changing distances and using different air pressure settings. I use a medium pressure for most of my face.Tips: read the instructions, use a light hand and move your hand quickly from area to area, you can apply more as each coat drys. Use the air to dry each coat without holding the switch. Mix your colors if one isn't perfect and remember they look different on your face than they do in the bottle, by far. Hold your brush about 4-6 inches away from your face except when spot correcting, then you get a bit closer. You want to apply very light coats and hold the airbrush a decent distance away otherwise it will look caked on. It's easy to learn, but it helps to watch a video if you haven't used one before. Also, when searching for the makeup on Amazon, not every shade is a separate listing, they are grouped together and you have to select a shade as an option, so don't worry, they are all available here.Things that could be improved: Although It had great instructions, I think they should address the airbrush not working on arrival due to being loosened during the delivery, I read some other reviews where folks also thought it was defective when they only had to tighten the needle. The bottles seem to have a problem as I said about the highlighter, I also experienced it with a bottle of blush. I have not tried all the foundations yet, so I don't know about those, and I didn't try the bronzer yet since it's winter here and I don't want to look tan.Edit: don't hesitate to try other airbrush makeup foundations in your machine if you don't find the shade you need, though the company is supposed to be great at sending colors to try, I did find a few others that were pretty good as well. Everyone has different skin concerns, etc,. Though the company doesn't recommend a primer with their makeup, I'm finding it works better if I use a water based primer on most people.

This product is amazing!It is very easy to use and once you get the hang on it the makeup looks flawless and is so sheer and perfect that it looks like your complexion is naturally perfection.When I first started using it I will admit that I had to practice to perfect the application. At first it will take you about 20+ minutes to get just your foundation and blush plus the highlighter and bronzer if you choose to use them, they come in only one color each and the company does not sell different color bronzers so you only get the two that come with it. It comes with 2 blushes and 5 different shades of the medium fair to medium shades. The company will also allow you to get 3 additional color for free on their website if you need lighter colors or darker, they also let you pick their other color blushes. I personally asked for 1 more foundation color which was the N10 the lightest they have as I am very fair, plus I also wanted to try a couple more blushes so I got plummy and singles cruize colors to add to the ones that came with the system. In the end my favorite color is peaches and cream which comes with the whole kit and kabodle. I like my look to look natural like I didn't put makeup on just for simplicity and because it is faster for my workdays, so my regimen is this, I put on concealer under my eyes first or primer I highly recommend doing this before applying the airbrush foundation cause if you don't what happened to me was the airbrush foundation did not cover my undereye dark circles very well and I got kinda like little lines going under my eyes like the makeup did not blend in well. So using primer and concealer fixes that issue. Make sure you shake the bottles really well before each use, if you don't use them in a long time you will have to shake it longer cause the makeup settles and separates so the more you use it the less you have to shake the tiny bottles to mix it back up and the time to put your makeup on goes way faster ;) anyways after the concealer follow with adding just a few drops of your choice of foundations you can mix them to get a perfect shade or use just one, I only use N10 in the winter time and in the summer I use N25 which is only a tiny bit different I do not tan much on my face my chest and arms are different though they do tan a bit, anyways pick your colors and add about 6 to 10 drops to the reservoir in your airbrush pen. After that turn on your machine adjust the flow and push the button to make the makeup flow, remember to use circular motion to get full coverage, I start at my cheeks then my nose eyes forhead and last my chin. I do this because my cheeks have scarring from having g terrible acne as a teen, I no longer have acne but I still bear the scars so this stuff it cover them PERFECTLY my skin looks perfect afterwards no scars no idicators that my skin is actually imperfect.After that I follow with 3-4 drops of peaches and cream blush, I spray it on my cheeks and on the top of my eyes, it gives me a perfect complexion look, it looks all natural and healthy, not like I am trying hard just sweet and perfect.I put on some mascara after that and some lip stain and I am good to go to work.When I want a fancier look I use a different blush and I add actual eyeshadow and make it look all fancy. But normally I am in a hurry so my routine takes me about 10 minutes, in the beginning it took me almost an hour sometimes because I was still figuring bit out lol plus I wanted to go all fancy, I no longer go fancy I just wanna look like my skin is healthy and pretty. I highly recommend this product it is worth every penny and it is reasonably priced for what you get in the kit.

I think for the price and quality, it was worth it. (I’m horrifyingly sensitive about who takes my money.)I followed the instructions and was an expert from the first time I turned it on and put product in! I wish I’d bought an airbrush kit sooner. It’s heavy, has a good power cord and a gorgeous (long) hose. It is my new favorite tool.
