This is a great product and a great price. I actually have two of these units one at my home one at my office. The recommended time is 30 minutes, Which is the time that I usually do. I just wanted to take one at 15 minutes to show how yucky the water was. Using the larger flat blue array, I have not had to add any salt to the water.I would recommend this product to anybody that is trying to detox. I have more energy and I feel better after each treatment. Thank You!

I had an ion foot bath that was simply one array, I can really tell the difference between this one with the waste and wristband added.. 30 minutes is much more concentrated

It does NOT work! I should have tested it when I got it but never got around to it until recently but now the return window is closed. The machine does NOT start its timer like the instructions say it does. And the english instructions DO NOT explain details of operating the machine. On top of all that, when you call the customer service line in the manual, you get a voice mail message that says, “You have reached a voicemail box that has NOT been setup yet.”This company is selling crap that just turns on but does NOT actually ionize the water!

I love the cell spa but the misleading directions have caused my machine to stop working. I called the company and was told that adding too much salt would damage the machine. There is nothing in the directions regarding this. The directions say to add salt if the E (amperage levels) is less than 0.5, which I did but the E level never changed. I was told by a representative at the company to use distilled water even though the directions say otherwise. I love the machine but I cannot spend $200 every time the machine breaks because of inadequate and misleading directions.

This is a great machine! I use this in my Spa daily. I've not had any issues with anything not working. It does come with a warranty, remember. I suggest you read the instructions and do your research online. The PH of your water needs to be a certain level or your machine/array won't work.Easy to clean. They array's don't rust they are plastic! Remember arrays need replaced after so many uses.The waist belt is a nice feature.Good Machine for the price. Would purchase again.
