No-frills but functional
I bought this product to replace a failed charger for my NCM Moscow.It arrived promptly (thank you!).The build quality is not what I expected and I had to use force to fit the cable to the charger, but despite that, the charger worked well and recharged the battery fully overnight.I hope it lasts...Good value for money though and I would recommend this charger.

Worked absolutely fine
I actually bought it to use as a jury rigged charger for my home solar PV lithium battery system as they are the same voltage as ebike batteries. The charger worked great for this job.
