Just purchased the power tower for my husband but it remains in the box. I need someone to install/put them together. Is there someone I can call?

I found armrest of this one is different, other’ s have flat armrest and this one is is slightly inclined. I want to know is this angle comfortable?

Rachel, thank you for your comment. i am looking to buy a Power Tower and I'm guessing that with the angled arms, you would put a strain on your shoulders....unknowingly putting the shoulder in slight flexion.

Why do some people have the arm rest tilting in and some tilting out.

Well, that's a good question. The top of the handles should be pointing in. Maybe some people didn't look at the photo when they were assembling the rack. By the way, this piece of equipment is great!
