I bought it for my baby, I hope it can solve the health problem of his ear very well, very delicate packaging,Much better than I expected - I was quite shocked how much gunk came out the first time I used this product - much more effective than other products I have tried.Great item and does the job and at a good price

I was very excited to use this with my 3 year old son who has earwax issues that completely block his ear drum. The reasons this product does not work:1. The "soft head" his VERY stiff and does not bend easily as shown in the picture. The "scoop" feature is horribly rough against the skin. One of the images shows a young baby... PLEASE, do not use this on a baby! I'm not sure if the smallest tip is even small enough to fit into the ear of an infant.2. The suction does not actually work. It is possible that ours may simply be dysfunctional, but I do not believe that this is the case.3. The noise of the suction is quite loud, especially once it is placed inside the ear canal. If you could imagine how a mini shop vac might sound, then you know how loud this thing is. As soon you turn it on and get it close to the ear of a kid who already has ear pain, or ear issues, they will reject it and not allow you to use it on them.The only positive thing is that the flashlight feature is bright for its size. So, congrats... you just bought an expensive flashlight.Finally, the "other usage" feature that is listed is hilarious. I never saw this prior to purchasing, but now that I notice it I can't help but point out how ridiculous it is that this is even listed as a feature. They are seriously grasping at straws to advertise this thing as an alternative usage being: "looking for missing stuff." Ironically, this is perhaps the only actual suitable usage: It is a flashlight. That is it.

Pretty nifty design for an ear cleaner/picker. There’s a light that can help you navigate where to pick. There’s a button on the handle to turn on the suction. It comes with batteries and extra ones that you can store inside the device.

It makes a loud whirring sound, but you can't even feel any suction if you put your finger over the hole, even with the attachment. It's a serious, serious rip off. Gotta go to the ear doc if you want an actual suction I guess.

Worked like a charm, doesn’t hurt, and my son didn’t scream while I cleaned his ears out!

Fittings not smoothed to be comfortable in ear. Rough. Sharp edges.

At first, my mother didn't know how to use it. The seller patiently introduced us to the method of use. Now we can use it very skillfully. It is very comfortable to use. I hope more people will know this.
