My P365 has the 2nd gen Sig Sauer Lima Laser and a factory ambidextrous thumb safety. It fits the holster perfectly. In coming up on three months of daily carry, I see no reason it won't last years. The belt clip has a short turn up lip at the bottom to help prevent it from "un clipping" from a belt. I use 12 round magazines, but of course that has no effect on functionality or fit of the holster.In short, it's a fine kydex holster at a reasonable price.

Couldn't find a Kydex for a Sig 365 equipped with the Lima laser....but this one did the job. Just wish it came with a claw to best secure it for IWB like most Kydex holsters. Otherwise, no issues, secures the firearm firmly into place with an audible snap-in feature, and is very comfortable to use and remove.

This holster fits better and feels much better than the first one I bought with a different brand. No more uncomfortable rough edges. I bought this after I fitted a laser for my P365. This holster of course is wider than the first one but is more comfortable.

Update 2024-01-10 - so after using the holster for a while now, the clip is not reliable and I replaced it with a click that has more of a J to ensure it will not pop off. The screws came lose, which they can, but when I went to tighten them up I needed needle-nose pliers to grab the female end because it came loose. I still where this, but keep an eye on the clip system and make sure they are tight. At least once a month. I would suggest replacing the clip as well. For these issues I am reducing my review by 1 star.Very happy with my holster. My SAS fits it very well, and I can stick it in my pocket and with the right pants it is comfortable and doesn't print. Could used a pocket catching addition to keep the holster in the pocket when the gun is drawn.

This IWB RH Black Tulster holster for my P365 w Lima365 fits perfect.No sharp edges, did not need to adjust the retention screw.I can carry again but with my Lima365Will definitely buy more.

Good holster, unfortunately I believe the Lima laser and the foxtrot flashlight were the same size, they are not and the flashlight does NOT fit with this holster. I did loosen the screw to get it to work well enough for it, but for future reference, this will only work with the laser.
