Cajun PowerSauce - Original Garlic Sauce - 16oz

They have this sauce on the tables at one of our favorite restaurants. I finally asked them if they sold it and bought a bottle. I had never seen it anywhere else. When that bottle ran out I checked Amazon and of course it was significantly less there. Mildly spicy garlic sauce. I could do shots of it straight!

I first came across this about 10 years ago, when I was instructed to sprinkle on a bland pizza. Never had a boring pizza since then. This stuff adds amazing flavor to most anything. Heavily spiced with a strong Garlic flavor, it's wonderful stuff. If you like that kind of thing.

We had this at a local restaurant and loved it. Happy to have found it on Amazon. Not hot just really flavorful. Love the rich taste.

Just One Teaspoon for a can of Chili. (Like Nalley's!) You wouldn't think it makes that big of a difference, but it does.

Has the faintest touch of sweetness but the garlis is prominent and the heat is perfect for Creole/Cajun dishes

I discovered this stuff when I lived near New Orleans years ago. Hard to find here in Seattle. It is particularly good on oyster poboys. But, good for a twist to any sandwich or seafood. Sort of a sweet garlicky sauce version of the ubiquitous Tony Chachere's seasoning.

This hot sauce isn't really that hot but the flavor is WOW!this is my favorite sauce to top gumbo with and I'm always sad when I run low.

I'm not Cajun. Nor have I been to New Orleans. So if barbecue sauce that has a slight kick is their thing? Then good. Otherwise. It tastes like barbecue. Nothing special to see here.
