Are these UV protectant?

Are these your darkest lense? My fiance's are very sensitive and can only wear nonpolarized and your darkest lense. He normally only buys from gas stations that offer your XLoop. The only marking i can see on these pair he has is #2134. Please help us. We are looking to purchase more than one pair.
