I was having trouble getting into my bed because I’m very short and this was perfect to help me step on cause it’s not too high and I can get out of bed and it’s wonderful and well-made

I use this for my clients to get on/off my massage table.

Dry good step platform for using to gain balance. Two different seats for height, making it adjustable as you increase your balance. As a physical therapy tool, it works very well. It’s stabile, comfortable to use, and the price was great.

Sturdy and well built. Doesn't skid on the floor and had 2 different heights. Can't go wrong with this item. Great addition to my home gym

I was a little concerned because of its shortness in length, but felt I didn't need the more popular longer versions. And I was right! This step is perfect size for a home gym, and gives you everything you need. And it arrives ready to use. I love it, and I love its small footprint in my gym. I also love its bright colors helping it stand out against black or dark flooring (minimizing a trip hazard). Highly recommend it for sturdiness, light weight, appearance and functionality.

good size and light but sturdy! i received with broken piece but didn’t seem to matter, easy to pull out for a 30 minute stepping session and stores under a cabinet really easily.

I love this Tone Fitness aerobic step platform so much that I bought a second one! It’s sturdy, lightweight, and perfect for step aerobics, squats, and strength training. I use two together for elevated squats while holding a hanging dumbbell, and the stability is excellent. The non-slip surface feels secure during high-intensity workouts, and the removable risers store neatly inside the step itself, making it easy to adjust height and keep everything compact. Great quality for the price and a must-have for a home gym setup.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the quality for the price, but there is one thing you should know before buying.Pros:Sturdy Build: Even though it's lightweight, it feels stable on the floor and doesn't slide around during basic steps.Compact Design: It’s perfect for home use if you don’t have much space. It’s easy to tuck under a bed or sofa when not in use.Good Height Adjustment: The risers are easy to attach and provide a nice challenge for cardio.Cons:Narrow Platform: This is my main gripe. The stepping surface is a bit narrow. If you have larger feet or are doing fast-paced lateral moves, you have to be very precise with your foot placement. It can feel a little cramped, and I sometimes worry about stepping off the edge.Verdict:If you have smaller feet or a very tight workout space, this is a 5-star product. But if you have large feet (men's sizes especially), you might find it a bit too small for comfort. Overall, a solid piece of equipment for light home aerobics!
