Simply enjoy this case, everything about it is FANTASTIC...Or so I believed. Do not fret, this case is absolutely pretty decent. The only downside I see with this case is that the phone can easily pop out of the case (the hard-cover part) BUT the gel case (is it gel? Not sure, just know it's double-layer) still sticks on... but the upside I think is that it reduces the vibrations when it hit's the floor, minimizing the impact of the phone hitting the ground when the hard-cover falls off.. which is actually good. If I'm wrong, someone slap me, I just assume currently.The back of the phone, the metallic design? That can VERY easily be scratched with ease if not carefully being taken care of. Although, this case is both effectively useful and appealing to the eyes, the metallic back side is just easily scratchable. I was careless of the back and when I noticed the scratches, it looked like it was used for a year, THAT'S not good, just be aware of the back-side.. putting it on it's face is OK since the cover actually holds the phone from touching the surface of any flat surface, preventing scratches to the front.. but anyhow, you should have a screen protector anyways, that just makes things so much more easier. I also hide my emergency $100 dollar bill in it, good for saving receipts needed for a pre-ordered video game too, yay me ;)Toby D. Out!

I got this case because I like the look of it when its new but it easily gets damaged after only using it for two weeks. I placed this case on my galaxy note 2 and I love the way it has a brushed metal finish, but what i experienced after two weeks of use is the metal like finish starts rubbing off and starting to look cheap. It is also not bonded well to the Plastic hard casing that it is mounted to. My metal piece starting separating in one of the corners. Empire please if you read this feedback please send me another I love it but hate that it is coming apart on me :(. The plus side is that even though it is tarnished it does the job in protecting your phone. I have dropped my galaxy so sad to say yes but it is not scratched at all the case saved it twice already, so thumbs up on that Empire! This case is in two parts, three if you want to add the added protection of the hard metal like surfacing. Its a gel and a hard cover case with a metal like finish on the back all three work together to save your phone. - [email protected]

First of all ordered this 3 days ago and It was expected to come in on the 17th but it just arrived I am impressed by the shipping speed... But it also could be the fact that the factory is in California and I happen to live around the state... But more importantly this case had a good feel to it so far I like it but I thought it would be more protective while I put my phone face downwards where my screen is facing a table but I am not complaining because I know for a fact I'm not going to put my phone face downwards.... This case looks as is from the photo.. It may kill your reception but I am not to sure about that because I live in an area where reception is somewhat horrible... Since its a two part case I feel more secured about dropping my phone but I'm not going to drop it on purpose... The bumper for the volume and power button is so small that it looks like it's not there but I'm not complaining I like the minimal design on this phone. I'm more excited because the back is exposed with no kickstand so I'm able to put a sticker to represent my favorite nba team and the fact that this case cost less than 60 I am satisfy I can't tell much through text but you should most definitely get one of these cases while it's cheap

I like the case, good design and gives the device the "square" look and protection I was going for, however..The aluminum backing is peeling away from the plastic housing on the corners around the camera cutout. It can be re-glued with minimal effort I'm sure, but not something you'd expect from a new item.I get noticeable signal degradation/loss with this case on, possibly from the aluminum backing. It's definitely the case, as removing it, signal strength returns to normal. I also own/use a BoxWave aluminum bumper case and get no signal interruption with it on, which leads me to believe the cause is the thin aluminum on the back interfering with the phones antenna.Overall it's a good case, I don't fault it for the signal loss, any case with a metal backing would cause degradation I'm sure, outside it's not as much an issue as indoors where signal strength isn't as strong anyways.

Compared to other cases I've seen, this is not a bad case. The price was unbeatable and the quality is decent.So, here is the good and the bad.Good -Fits great. Works great. Looks greatThe silicone boot quality fits amazing.Bad -Don't expect this case to protect your phone from falls and major damage. It's more for looks.The rubber does not come up over the screen very far, so don't count on it to stop screen damage face down.If you're really careless, you can pop the phone out of the case, but you would have to be really careless.The aluminum piece on the back came unglued for me almost immediatly. Kind of annoying, but easily fixable. It's a 5 dollar case, I'm really not going to complain.Is this a buyable product?Yes.I'm very satisfied with it.

I've been looking for a case that gives my phone a nice solid and square feel. I personally love the bulkness it adds do the phone and the titanium and chrome finish is beautiful and looks very sophisticated. I'm surprised this high quality of a product is being sold for so cheap! Double layer protection and a titanium backing with very precise button placement and a generous amount of space around the 3mm headphone jack that fits ALL of my headphone and AUX jacks. I love the case case so much I'm afraid to drop it! I'll be buying another one in a few days just for insurance and those special occasions. My reccomendation, buy it and also have a slim case for those days you're throwing on the skinny jeans. The edges are not really raised much but if you put your phone face down it will still rest on the rubber surround. 5 stars!

Poorly made it only lasted me about week before it started falling apart would not suggest buying
