Marathon Digital Kitchen Timer with Large Display | 100 min Countdown or Up | Cooking Timer with Adjustable Volume | Flashing Light Feature

Nice big display for the size. 3 timers can be stored in memory (m1, m2, m3) which I use all the time. I also use it as a stopwatch which is great. Adjustable volume is useful. Areas for improvement: the buttons are a bit mushy, sometimes when you think you've pressed them, they don't register so you have to watch the display to make sure. Also the flashing during countdown can be useful sometimes but other times it is slightly annoying (when i'm in the kitchen) but I just ignore it. If it was possible to enable and disable the flashing with a switch on the front or side, it would be useful but would add extra cost and maybe some ppl don't need this. Some ppl with neuro issues would hate this timer because of the flashing. Finally, the two magnets on the back are useful but they don't have to be exposed, they could do with a plastic cover over them as they have already scratched up my oven metal panel where i put the timer (my fridge is integrated and has wooden panels in front of the fridge doors and the timer won't obviously stick to them. I have resorted to putting some paper stickers over the magnets (could use tape).

It times things and bleeps at you. That’s about it. It does what we purchased it to do. Somehow I was expecting a little more. It doesn’t feel durable and feels a bit cheap. However it sits nicely on the steel section of the oven with its magnetic fixings. And it does what it needs to.

I like the large digit display. It uses AA cell batteries which are more readily available than button cells used by some timers. It has magnets for attaching to ovens etc, and also, a small folding stand.

I bought this as I thought I could time 3 different things at once. But I misread the description. It has 3 memory settings. so you can only time one thing at a time. However, if you're regularly using 3 different timings, then you don't need to keep resetting the timer, as you can choose between the memory settings. It wasn't anymore expensive than a single setting timer, so have still given it 5 stars.

Good product but I can’t see how you turn off ... keep it in my bag and if it has pressure it starts counting down and alarm goes off ... can’t see way of immobilising it inbetween uses unless I remove batteries?? Shame

I have had so many dud timers in the past but this one is excellent. It has clear display with various options and the ability to preset regular times. It is dead easy to set, a flashing light so you don’t forget it and loud warning bleeper.
