It's a very cool backpack. The design looks good
It's a very cool backpack. The design looks good, quality looks good. However, the picture is slightly different from the actual product. The color is more like a blueish grey with dark brownish yellow handle and zipper. At first, I thought they sent me a wrong color, but I think it's just a matter of difference between the color on the screen and the actual product.Very light, which I think it's very strong advantage. When I put my mac book pro 15" with the laptop sleeve, it is still fairly light to carry because the weight of backpack itself is very light. The inside space is pretty roomy. As I mentioned, I put my laptop in the sleeve, and I put them in the laptop section of this bag. The width fits with my sleeve, but the top part doesn't fit, but if you think about the size of sleeve, it's pretty big enough to carry your laptop. Also, I realized this bag is convertible, but it doesn't include the strap...Overall, this is a very nice backpack with the reasonable price.I gave 4 stars only because the color was slightly different (but still cool color.), and it doesn't include strap. Also, if I want to be picky about the product, the zipper is not very smooth, and it leaves a tiny gap between the zippers and the bag. But it's not too wide, so I think it's not that big deal.

Best case for ASUS ROG G75X laptops
This is the best case I have seen for an ASUS ROG G751 series laptop - because it is the only case large enough to fit the machine. Even the ASUS Nomad backpack made for the laptop is tighter and offers no cushioning where the zipper is tight to the laptop. The Evecase doesn't fit the laptop in the dedicated internal pouch intended for the laptop, but the main compartment is adequately large and decently padded. There is a zippered compartment to which I've added more padding.Build quality is very good. Fabric appears strong. There are lots of places for miscellaneous stuff. My only complaints there are 1) the zipper pulls are flexible slick fake leather which are difficult to grasp, being too short and too smooth 2) The fake leather used on the handle and pulls is bright and unappealing yellow orange, out of keeping with the otherwise subdued gray. The zipper size is rather small, which I think is because they may be waterproof, but it does make them effortful to close. Straps are excellent. The chest straps include a sternum strap, which is a nice touch.

but I can confidently say that I love this backpack/briefcase/satchel crossover
It has only been a few hours, but I can confidently say that I love this backpack/briefcase/satchel crossover.Practicality/Design: 5/5The color scheme gives it a trendy/modern/sleek look to it, while maintaining a minimalist vibe (which i dig). The pockets are not just randomly placed, but have been thought of during the design phase. The straps for converting to backpack and satchel (shoulder bag) are hidden away in the pockets.Comfort/Quality: 4/5Based on my initial use. Backpack position is super comfortable. A 16.5" laptop + binder + 2 notebooks (the paper kind) fit nice and snug inside and yet my back is not weighed down in the backpack position. The shoulder position seems to be a bit higher than expected (but i think i didn't pay attention to the photo), however, I keep the bag at an angle that falls on my kidney (if that makes sense) and not at my side, which allows for comfort and aesthetics. My only concern is, when trying to remove backpack straps from their slots (the snappy things), I need to use a bit of force which makes it feel like they may break.Overall: 4.5/5For the price, this bag is wonderful for what it offers. It is multi-functional, roomy, comfortable, and seems protective. I hope to get a lot of use out of it.

As a whole, the backpack is pretty decent. I've gotten numerous complements on how it looks. There aren't many other backpacks that will hold a 17.3 inch laptop, and especially not for this price. This one only fits the laptop in the pocket but without the flap pulled over it, though. It's not particularly large - there isn't room for much more than my laptop, charger, and three notebooks, so it's not exactly going to help when I need to haul a textbook or two to class. The backpack worked nicely for a few months, but daily use has clearly taken its toll. To be fair, my laptop is heavy, and I take it to classes and work every day, but I don't feel like it should have become so damaged quite so quickly. Within a few weeks, the yellow handle on the side began to fall apart. It still holds weight, but it slides out of place with every use, and the yellow material is peeling off, so I don't really trust the handle to stay attached much longer. Especially seeing as I don't use that handle that often to begin with, this is somewhat surprising and concerning. Several threads are coming a little loose -- not just ones in spots that are stressed a lot, but along random seams around pockets. All in all it's a nice backpack, but not for my everyday use. I've only used it regularly for 3 months, but I just ordered a replacement.

Zip not fit for purpose
The concept of the bag is great. A slimline bag ideal for busy commuting on busy trains. The size is fine, as is the versatility - changing from a backpack to a casual briefcase is a nice to have extra. When it works, it's been exactly what i've been looking for.The zips however, are total junk. From about month 3 onwards one or both of the main zippers would fail regularly. Soon after, one failed forever, meaning that two way zipping was a thing of the past. The other zip has been failing more and more regularly ever since, and today was the last straw. I spent 10 minutes trying and failing to close the bag this morning because of poor quality zippers. They just don't close. The bag is now laying destroyed in a number of pieces on my kitchen floor. I'll tidy it when i get home.

not a great bag. The pockets are okay
not a great bag. The pockets are okay. the main compartment offers a couple of nets and a seperate compartment to individually store a laptop and a tablet. i keep my 2015 retina 13" macbook in there in it's thule case along with a travel mug, my lunch, charger for mac and a few other bits with random tools and medical items in the 2 front bockets. the bag doesn't stay the shape displayed in the pictures, especially when you start stuffing things into it so if that's what you're expecting with this bag you'll only be dissapointed. My main issue, the reason i'm giving it 3 stars, is that the shoulder straps loosen WAY too easily, meaning the bag hangs really low, and it's really difficult to tighten those straps up again. in fact i've given up tightening them completely. i'll tightent them before a leave work and they'll be fully loose by the time i get home. Also the clip that attaches the 2 shoulder straps together at chest level had snapped off within the first week which i was not impressed with!On the plus side, the bag is very versatile, and if you're holding it by one of the carry handles you can tuck the sholuder straps in so it looks nice and neat.

Well worth the money
Been looking and eyeing up this product for ages, and finally took the plunge with my birthday money. As my laptop is slightly oversized (ASUS ROG 17") I was a bit worried it may not fit, but it fits the protective laptop area perfectly. Better still there is plenty of room for all my other tech, such as portable hard-drive etc too. The eyehole for headphones is also a nice touch, that adds a little bit more value and functionality to a great product. The bag is extremely well made, and although I use it in the backpack mode it is equally comfortable and stylish in both. Definitely recommend for those of you looking for a new storage solution for a 17" laptop plus accessories.

Love it.
As a big fan of 17" laptops due to moving about to much to get a desktop, rucksacks have always been a pretty tough find. However when I saw this rucksack I loved the look and bought it with a "Hey, why not.." attitude thinking that I could return it if something was inherently wrong with it. However I'm glad to say I love this rucksack, I'm currently at university and there's plenty of space to throw in a folder or two and some pens and paper along with the laptop & charger, I can even fit one of those small umbrellas in at the same time with space to spare. The only minor annoyance I had was that after you shorten the straps (I use it as a rucksack not in the briefcase style) they sometimes slide and it's a pain re-adjusting them, lucky a few paperclips solved the issue for me. I would definitely consider this if you're currently in the 17" laptop club. One small note would be you won't fit your laptop in this rucksack if you also have a protective sleeve for your laptop, however the laptop compartment is padded anyway so you can just take the sleeve off and leave it at home!

Lovely comfortable very versatile bag
Everybody raves about this every time they see me wearing it!It's very big, which is what I wanted in terms of size. It's comfy and spacious, with lots of little compartments to organise things in. It can be worn on the back and has very comfortable padded shoulder straps. It can comfortably be worn cross-body and has an alternative padded strap for that. It can also be lifted and carried by hand, vertically and horizontally, which I find very practical for manoeuvring on trains and when I am walking. I am not sure whether it is in fact waterproof, but I have walked with it under the rain and have never found my things to become wet on arrival to work/home. Finally, I just love the colour! The seller is very responsive and easy to deal with, which is always a plus!
