Great looking, but expensive when valve cost added... some minor issues
Great looking faucet. Have received a number of compliments. You have to do a little research to find out about rough-in valves, etc., and the faucets plus valves are expensive. Takes awhile to install the first time (I bought two for a two-sink vanity). Directions not clear about adjusting tension on the drain plug assy. to keep the drain lever in the up position. The valves started to squeak after a few months of operation, but in fairness to the company, I called and they sent immediately valve replacements as well as the special tool needed to remove the valve stem. There had been an update to the valve design, so hopefully the new ones will be squeak-free. Valves this expensive should not squeak!
