My back is very happy with this purchase
I found this very easy to install (mounted into the ceiling). It took some elbow grease but not to bad.Once the brackets were installed, it's super easy to hang and remove the swing when needed.I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and messed my back up pretty good. This yoga swing has worked wonders on my back so far! I am looking forward to learning new stretches and exercises! It is also quite comfortable to just lay in when my back and hips are in so much pain is hurts too sit or lay down traditionally. The material so far seems to be of very good quality and I expect this to last me a very very long time.Cons:Instalation instructions were a bit lacking but luckily I already have knowledge of stuff like this.No booklet or information provided for even basic stretches / poses. It would have been nice to some beginner to yoga swings instructions.Overall: Great price. Great material. Super comfortable. Working wonders on my recovering back and hips. Poor installation instructions. No "getting started with yoga swing" information provided.

A Very Fun Way to Get Fit!
At age 50, I'm planning to remain fit, flexible and pain-free, so I thought a yoga swing would be a perfect way to help me accomplish those goals. My son has a 6-ft high pull-up bar in the backyard, and it's the perfect height to hang the swing from. I can do inversions easily, with no fear of knocking my head on the ground. The swing is super sturdy, extremely easy to hang from an existing bar, and really really fun. My abs were sore the day after I got it, just from playing around on it. My spine feels more flexible after only 2 days of doing inversions. When I'm not using the swing outside, I keep it hanging from my door-frame-mounted pull-up bar. It's not quite high enough to do regular inversions, but I can do them while pulling my body up with my arms (great for building arm strength!). Best part - I can also stretch the hammock out, lie back, relax and read a book in it. It's become my favorite place to read. I don't know why I didn't get one sooner! I don't foresee having any issues with my swing, but if I do, I'll come back and update.

Good enough
The product is constructed well enough, however, I would expect better quality in the carabiners as well as the handles for the price (plastic with not very sturdy soft grips; there was tearing after a few months of use). The challenge I have is understanding the cost, when I am able to get really good hammocks these days for $20-25, which means the handles and few metal components are pretty expensive! Now I do appreciate that it allows me and my kids to do aerial yoga and can be fun to sit in - but either the cost should be adjusted down or the quality to go up to adjust the rating to 5 stars.

Quality, Sturdy, Fun and a Great Deal
The media could not be loaded. I researched different swings but decided to go with Upcircle for a few reasons. I wanted a swing that had good reviews. Upcircle reviews consistently mentioned quality. I noticed the quality as soon as I opened them up. The fabric is strong, yet smooth. The carabiners are also solid. The handles are a combo of the same fabric as the trapeze and a cushy handgrip. The handgrip is also solid and had a good feel in my hand. I hang the trapeze from a monkey bar at my karate studio (see pictures and video). The video shows the first use of trapeze EVER. It is very easy to assemble and comes with an e-book which provides instructions on how to use. I started with the trapeze in the lowest position to get comfortable with the movement then raised it up to waist height which is the recommended height. I felt very safe because it is surprising sturdy given how light the fabric is. Finally the cost can’t be beat. There are others that were less expensive but I didn’t mind spending a little more to get a better product. I am so pleased with the quality however that I know I got a really good deal with this purchase. Customer service has been very responsive as well so that’s another good thing. I recommend UpCircle to anyone who asks about the swing.

Great indoor fun for energetic kids
I was all set to buy the brand name Yoga Trapeze, until my kids saw this one that comes in turquoise, their favorite color. I liked that the Yoga Trapeze came with a DVD. But, in reality, I have one child that is a very strong monkey and she spends far more time on it than me doing all kinds of flips and tricks. I have learned to invert myself, but it will take practice for me to get used to it. The quality seems great and install was totally easy, I don't know why people would need a printed manual, I didn't even look at the email of instructions we were sent. Just clip it onto the daisy chain that you've slip knotted around something strong. We have it hanging from my climbing child's doorway where we had mounted a pull up bar because she would climb the doorframe and then dangle herself from the top of the doorframe by her fingertips, so we thought a pull up bar would be safer. At first it hung too low, but customer service responded very fast and told me how I could loosen the knot at the carabiner to take up some of the extra slack in the black rope. We also put the pull up bar through a daisy chain loop instead of slip knotting it to get it even higher. Now I can hang upsidedown. I am short though so if you'll tall, you still won't be able to fully invert from a doorframe, I don't think. She wants to hang from her knees so for that we'll have to mount it to a ceiling which will happen in the not far off future. So so far we love it and it is played on constantly. I like just lounging in it too. My son wanted to sleep in it, but he abandoned that quick to sleep in my bed, but a more determined to do so child could probably get a good nap in this thing.
