Disappoint
Taste was ok especially if you don't like the taste of kava. Also fast shipping. Why only two stars is because for the amount of kava they claim is in it, it isn't very effective. I also had the issue of the powder in the drink staying clumped at the bottom of the bottles(i shook it up allot). I would have to use water or something else to get all of it out and the powdered kava tasted like kava so not like the flavor. I feel i could of bought micronized kava and made this myself for cheaper and could prevent the clumping.

Very weak
Pretty weak form of kava. It is barely noticeable for me, but of course I am quite high strung. The traditional method works far better.

Great Supplement for Stress!
The chocolate banana flavor is pretty decent, you can taste some bitterness from the kava but it's very easily drinkable. Pretty instant calming effect, and I'm a very stress driven individual. The effect lasted about 2 or 3 hours. For me, one bottle isn't enough to make me sleepy, but I'm also tall and heavier. This drink may make a smaller or shorter individual sleepy. In all, I do recommend for stress. Just note that kava can have significant effects on the liver if ingested often, even during a short period (1-3 months). Don't ingest any new supplement without researching its potential effects, and consult with your doctor if you're concerned.
