An upgrade to previous versions

Ordered one of these for my elderly mother as hers no longer worked. When it came in the batteries were already in it and corroded so bad that I immediately returned it and ordered a “replacement”. When it arrived a couple days later…same story significant battery corrosion! Needless to say, NOT HAPPY WITH AMAZON !! Hopefully they do better in the future, but my expectations based on recent experiences is now VERY LOW !! DO BETTER AMAZON !!!

Sold by: The MilliReceived remote today and to my surprise upon opening product, two very corroded AA batteries were in place. Yes, I considered returning item but I cleaned it up & inserted two new batteries. Luckily, it works fine. But beware buying from The Milli.

Easy setup.

Wouldn’t work with my television.

Tried to program to work with our tv and speaker. The remote kept forgetting the tv and speaker programming. Also, it would not control the receiver. We had to return.

Per AT&T this remote is not programmable or compatible with the Uverse receiver but seller will not process a refund. I needed to wait for a AT&T service call to find out the remote won't connect which put me past the refund window. Now I've paid $40 and I'm stuck with a remote I can't use.

The remote came with corroded batteries and corrosion throughout the battery compartment. Had to either be used or very, very old.
