I love morning glories and these seeds are stunning!!I plant my seeds just beneath a huge bush in the front of the house -,the Seeds sprout & will grown up into the bush and are gorgeous! I use all colors of seeds but these are intense and very noticeable! In general, I soak the seeds overnight and then plant them lightly. This idea has worked Beautifully!

Stunning Blooms and Vigorous Growth – A Gardener's Delight!
I recently planted the Outsidepride Annual Ipomoea Nil Morning Glory Blue Picotee seeds, and the results have been nothing short of spectacular. These morning glories have transformed my garden with their vibrant colors and robust growth.Highlights:Vibrant Blooms: The flowers showcase a rich dark blue hue with a pronounced purple star and elegant white edges, each measuring over 5 inches across. Easy Germination: Following the recommended practice of soaking the seeds overnight to soften their hard outer coat, I experienced a high germination rate, leading to healthy seedlings. Vigorous Vines: The plants quickly established themselves, climbing effortlessly and providing lush coverage, perfect for trellises or fences.Continuous Blooms: From early summer until the first frost, new flowers unfurl daily, offering a fresh and consistent display.Tips for Fellow Gardeners:Soil Preference: These morning glories thrive in well-draining soil with moderate fertility.Sun Exposure: Plant in full sun to ensure maximum blooming and vigorous growth.Support Structures: Provide a sturdy trellis or support, as the vines can reach impressive lengths and become quite heavy when in full bloom.Final Thoughts:The Outsidepride Annual Ipomoea Nil Morning Glory Blue Picotee seeds have exceeded my expectations, delivering stunning flowers and robust plants. They've added a touch of elegance and charm to my garden, and I look forward to planting them again next season.Highly recommended for gardeners seeking vibrant color and vigorous growth!

Not viable seeds. None germinated.
None of these germinated. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Not my first rodeo. Spent way too many years growing things to have a zero germination rate. Soaked them overnight, prepped them like my other batch (from a different seller), and not a single seed germinated. Compare this to other seeds with a 70% germination rate, and I believe we can all say this is not good. Will not be buying again. Sad, Home Depot didn't have this particular variety this year.

They are growing!
Too early to see flowers but plants are growing nicely! I soaked in water and planted straight in ground. The first time I tried a seed starter kit but that did not work. So planting directly into the ground - much more success!

My flower did not look like photo.
I bought and grew these seeds last year. I would not describe them as a vigorous climber, more slow and steady. They grew about 1-11/2 feet tall and then stopped growing for the longest time. I was just about to rip them out of the ground when they began growing again. They did reach 8 feet by the end of the summer. I was looking forward to the spectaular flower. When this plant did begin to bloom it was not a double, but a single with a white edge. What I liked most about the photo of the flower was the white edge. I would have been satisfied with my plant as a single with the beautiful white edge. The white edge on my flowers were not impressive. I don't even know how to describe the white on my plants, but would try by saying there wasn't as much contrast between the flower color and the white wasn't as striking as in the photo. The white edge wasn't as thick as the flower shown in the photo. As summer progressed, the flower morphed more into a regular morning glory and the white edge disappeared completely. My plant never set seeds. I have not anticipated something so much and been so disappointed. I could have given this flower a lower rating, but am taking into consideration that all of the seeds germinated. I did nick the seeds with a knife a place them in a wet paper towel overnight before planting them.
