Haven't had to sharpen it after years of casual use. Works great, has proven super-useful for my amateur products. Honestly wouldn't go any larger than this for beginners, as it's easy to get a larger one and over-do it. Given my limited experience and research I've had to do, I'd consider this essential for virtually any project. For beginners especially, I urge you to spend the money on this now, as your finished projects will look and feel far better when properly beveled. A huge, huge time and hassle-saver as well.

I bought this edger for my projects and its works great and is the right size for larger edging.

Works very well. Does what it is supposed to do.This is what you need for heavy weight leather - 9 to 12 oz.

Decent price, works well but wish it came w/instructions on how to resharpen it after continued use.

I use it almost everyday and have never had anything go wrong with it. stays good and sharp and crisp
