Blue Gi
Just what I was looking for!

It’s Great
I really like the design, construction and materials used in this gi. They should indicate better that the material of the pants and the lapels is ripstop (I like this feature some people may not). The cotton of the jacket is really good. I will buy the black version of this gi soonAlso the cut of this gi is very nice, it’s slim but comfortable (not tight anywhere). Just make sure to check their sizing chart (I am A2 in most other brands and in Sanabul I order A1 ands fits perfect). It does not shrink much even if you try to.

Original Post: January 2016This is now my second Sanabul Gi that I have purchased. I was so pleased with the essentials light weight Gi that I decided to try the professional competition GI. This Gi is equally as good as the essentials gi, it is light weight, comfortable, and fun to roll in. I'm 5'-10" 225lbs and I ordered the A3, it does fit me a little on the big side, the jacket shrunk nicely after two hot washes, but the pants are just a little too long. I'd say they are at least 3 inches too long for me, I end up having to fold them up at the bottom so that I'm not stepping on the pant legs. It's a shame because the pants are great, I prefer rip stop material which is what these are. But that is a minor detail, I still like this Gi. It's crazy because not a lot of people know about Sanabul, most of my training buddies have given me compliments on this gi and are especially impressed when I tell them the price. Keep up the good work Sanabul!Updated Post: 4-20-16So I have a few different gis, a sanabul essentials, this gi, nova tatami, hayabusa, atama and I have to admit the highlights pro is my least favorite. I purchased it because I really like the sanabul essentials gi. The essentials is light but also very soft. The highlight pro is also light but the material is just too rough on my skin. I usually use fabric softener when I wash but the fabric still feels rough on the touch. jacket feels stiff and not easy to move around in. I'm not a big fan of the pants, they are light but the fabric is just too thin. Pants also feel uncomfortable to roll in. One of my training buddies made a comment that my gi feels like sand paper, that's a slight over exaggeration but still you get the idea. I don't mean to knock Sanabul because I really like the eseentails gi and the grappling shorts.

Hard wearing Gi
This Gi came in a little long armed for me but should be fine after a tumble dry.I've worn it repeatedly weekly and I can say it's hard wearing. The Gi jacket is heavy. Its heavier than some others I own.But its tough.

The quality of this gi is exceptional and it is a good looking gi as well
I felt compelled to write a review without having actually rolled in this gi yet because I was really blown away by the quality of this gi. I will update my review if I feel in any way it deserves less than 5 stars. The quality of this gi is exceptional and it is a good looking gi as well. I'm 5' 10" and 190 lbs and I ordered the A2. The fit was great although for me, I could've had the sleeves about an inch shorter. This is a minor concern for me but I wanted to point it out as it is the only even remotely negative comment I can make. The pants fit perfect and the drawstring is circular (like the drawstring in a hoodie but larger) rather than flat. The flat drawstring on my previous gi has twisted up, so the circular design on the Sanabul drawstring makes sense. The orange accents on the pants and shirt look great as do the Sanabul logos. This gi is of better quality than my other gi that I spent 50% more on. I am extremely happy with this purchase and no doubt will pick up a second one in blue.

I like that my opponents seem to have a hard time ...
I am 6'2", and an athletic 208lbs. The sizing chart said to but an A3. Pants seem to fit perfectly, but the kimono jacket seems to be a bit short. Maybe I am not used to this kind of cut. Otherwise, the material is very strong, and the colors are very vibrant. Hope to get some serious roll time in with this gi.Update 8/3/16: The material is a little rough, but I wear a rash guard and compression shorts under the gi. I like that my opponents seem to have a hard time gripping the material. No problems with discomfort, no restriction of movement for me, and the fit is something I am beginning to like. May have to get another gi something like this one.Update 10/12/16: I bought the white version of this gi a couple of weeks ago (used, but in brand new condition), and the gi seemed to be a better fit overall. The pants are a little thin; the material strength is good, but your opponent may be able to see what underwear you chose to wear that day. The material, like that of the other gi, is still kind of rough, but I wear a rash guard underneath it, and there is no noted restriction of movement.

what your looking for if you want something a bit nicer but still good for regular use
All Gi is going to shrink eventually, but this one held up to twice a week use with washer and dryer for about a 9 months to a year so not bad. It's still good for a practice or a back up Gi, just shrunk a bit to much to compete in. If you're competing the weight is as low as you're going to get and still be durable enough for regular use

Really well made gi! Just a little long for me.
This is a very nice gi. Very well made. I own different gis and I like this one better than some better known brands (Kingz, Howard Kombat, Padilla). Don't get me wrong, Howard Kombat is a very nice, heavy gi. It's lasted years. Kingz Kimonos, shrank to a tight fit even though it said pre-shrinked. But for the price, this Sanabul gi it is very well made. One of my favorites. I'm 5'5" 170 lbs with a stocky build and I got the A-2. I have perfect room in the shoulder/ torso area however, the sleeves and pants were just a little too long. I was hoping it would shrink just a little after I washed it, but it wasn't enough. I took the gi in to a seamstress and they were able shorten the sleeves and pants to get a "custom" fit for me.This gi is perfect for normal sized people but I'm a short guy and it's hard finding gi's that fit me. I think this gi was worth spending a few more dollars to get hemmed and get a better fit. Maybe I'll buy the white gi next time. Hopefully down the road the company can make a navy blue version. I'd definitely get that.
