I'm not a tea drinker, but this was the exception. Excellent flavor and gives you enough taste to keep you wanting more. I purchased this to help me sleep better, when restless. I make this tea and it soothes my body. Relaxes me which helps me fall asleep.

Delicious and helps me stay asleep! Valerian can have a bitter taste so i was very pleased with the flavor of this tea. I have a lot of difficulty sleeping and this helps.

I'm a 52 yr old woman who was blessed with sleeping soundly for 9 hrs each night until MENOPAUSE hit hard at 46. I think I haven't slept since...until this woderful tea came to the rescue. While it does not bring back full night of sleep, in my case it has brought back a solid 5 hrs of sleep. I fall asleep fast also. It's well worth the price for me!

So good. I’m an avid loose tea drinker and was not disappointed by this brew! So delicious sweetly scented and so calming.

Flavor is not good. Underlying sweetness while also tasting flat.It did make me fall asleep faster, thanks to the valerian. I will not repurchase because the flavor was so fake and cloying. Not great as a last taste at the end of the day.
