I bought the pink Mother casket for my Mom. Ordered Sunday night, They called the funeral home Wednesday and said they would deliver Friday. I got an email from Amazon saying the casket would arrive late. Of course, I messaged them to call me immediately. They actually called and text right away. It was 9pm. He said Amazon doesn't recognize their shipper and always does that. He was very kind and has had these discussions many times in the past.If you order, just know they keep a close watch on shipping. They work weekends. They are great. I'm on a budget and paying out of pocket for everything. This saved me so much money. Plus, it was a style my Mom would have loved. I'll edit this review after the funeral.Edit. We buried my Mom yesterday. The casket was excellent quality. So many compliments and the family said my Mom would have loved it.I was very scared ordering this, but I had to pay out of pocket for everything and I saved money everywhere I could to give her a beautiful funeral. I even told the funeral home they should offer these as choices. The director was extremely surprised by the quality and stated he has never had anyone bring in their own casket. He's 77. I was able to do all the pamphlets, flowers, photos and decor myself. The funeral home dyed my Mom's hair and gave her a little spray tan. She looked lovely. I would suggest throwing out questions even if they seem strange. They are very accommodating.

This casket was beautiful, in my Mom's favorite color, pink. Titan contacted me twice to verify my Amazon Order, shipping info, and delivery info. I was nervous about ordering a casket from Amazon, but wanted a pink Casket. It came well packed and protected, and the workmanship was flawless. I added the Mother head panel for $99 extra, and the embroidered roses and Script were a beautiful addition.Also, this casket was about a third of the cost of ones at the funeral home that were of similar materials, and some of the features of this one, the lining fabric, pleating, and padding were nicer, plus the beautiful, blush pink finish was not available locally. Plus the shipping was free.Be aware, the funeral home may try to dissuade you from ordering a casket with, "probably sitting on a loading dock in China","If it comes damaged you're stuck with it." "No returns if it's not what you ordered" "Lots of shipping delays. Might not get here on time."FWIW, the casket is made in the USA, Titan does offer returns if there is a problem, it is packed well to assure it arrives undamaged,and Old Dominion delivered it exactly as scheduled.So glad I purchased this for my Mom's funeral. One of the smartest purchases I've made.

Arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled. My wife would have liked the color.
