Once opened, my daughter thought it was a crescent moon! I bought this and another pendant so my daughter could switch out the pendants depending on what her mood was. None of the pictures really showed how small the pendant actually is. It would have been helpful to see it next to a ruler of even a coin to compare it to. Overall, my daughter was happy with it and that’s what matters the most.
