The media could not be loaded.  I was hunting for a knob for this clock I painted. Wanted gold for all the obvious reasons and this lil knob, fit the baroque(cial) spot perfectly! One little thing I didn't get the screws with the know, I reached out and they sent them right away. They're (the screws) are a bit easily stripped I don't know how else to avoid that other than buying a small manual drill bit to make a pilot hole as that's what we did. We lost one screw before doing that...so technically we only have 1 screw holding it in place. I tried reaching out to them to buy another screw, but no one has contacted me back...booo!!

The product shows a picture with screws, but it doesn’t come with the necessary screws to install it.

I ordered 2 small items. I got one and an invoice that only showed I ordered one. I reached out to the company and was told the items shipped separately. They were very fast to respond to my inquiries. However, the handle does not include the nails or screws to mount it. They said they would send me some due to the confusion over my order but I have not received any. I did ask and was given a tracking number to a different item I ordered. The pull handel is beautiful and seems to be good quality.

Metal feels light and a little cheap.Perhaps I am expecting too much, but I felt a little underwhelmed when I opened the package.
