For my Saturn vue these aren't useful. Yes they are bright but when placed in which only goes in and lock one way these are facing side to side instead of up and down. So the lights are focused in the dead center like a spot light effect. Bright should be up and down for maximum coverage. So useless for saturn but yes does hook into factory harness.

Unfortunately the H7 fitting plate did not fit. The build was also loose in the plate. I spent a lot of time playing around to try and get these to work. I picked something else up and it fit in like a champ. The company was responsive to emails though. This was on a 2015 BMW 3 series.

I was able to install the bulbs on an older model CRV. Plan on spend a little of time if you haven't done it before. I was able to fit the OEM rubber gasket back on. It does take a little bit of work, don't rush it.It's not the brightest but it's brighter than stock bulbs. Will come back and comment on the reliability after a few months.
