Creative Hobbies® ELY505 Solid Brass Finial for Lamp Shades, 1 Inch Tall -Pack of 2

So when I did a search on Amazon I looked up lamp nuts (lol) these were listed. As I scrolled down I saw these and that they were called finials. Purchased the set (you get 2) and they fit perfect.They are just basic everyday lamp nuts...er...finials. Not too fancy and it did the job. If you ever get lamps from the thrift shop and need lamp nuts...these will do.

This finial looks just like you see it. It does fit but I wish the base was a little wider. If the base was wider, then it would stand on top of the shade ring and the beauty of the finial would show and not be hidden lower in the shade. It is plenty heavy and holds the shade nicely. I just would like the beauty of it to show above the shade. I still give it a 4-5 because of the beauty and weight of the finial. It is well worth the money spent.

Not sure what sheerness means as these are solid and opaque. Bought these for a small thrift store lamp and shabby chic shade. After a little clean up on the shade and lamp, this little gem topped the shade and holds it perfectly and beautifully. I would include a photo but I underestimated the size I needed so it doesn’t show above the shade but works perfectly!

Shame on me I guess for not looking closer at the pictures and realizing how tiny are these finials. They appear to be decent quality and a nice weight, but the outer diameter of the base barely serves the purpose of holding the lamp shade steady on the harp and it is completely invisible above the top of the shade unless you lean in really close and look for it. If you're looking for a bit of pizzazz above your lamp shade, look elsewhere.

I repaired a really old lamp. I wasn't sure if I could find all the parts I needed. Poor thing looked like I had gone a few rounds with a heavy weight champion. Great deal for the price.

Exactly as described. Somehow the finial to one lamp just disappeared. This was perfect replacement. Color is as described, screws on tightly.

These are heavy and solid pieces, not at all flimsy or cheap appearing. Just bear in mind they aren't very large pieces.

The finial was the perfect height for the recent Royal Design lampshade that I purchased on Amazon. Amazon had a very helpful notation with the lampshade, items frequently bought together. This step was a time saver. Very good product.
