I ordered these to help me get through the day. These supplements really work for me! They give me a quick boost of energy that lasts for a few hours. I feel more alert and productive, without any jitters or crashes. I usually take one capsule in the morning and another one after lunch, and I can feel the difference.I think the reason why these supplements work so well for me is because I am on a ketogenic diet and I typically fast for 20 hours. This means that my body is using fat as fuel and I need extra B vitamins to help with the energy production. I noticed that some other reviews said that these supplements don’t work, but maybe they have different diets or lifestyles that affect their results.The only thing I have to be careful about is not taking them too late in the day, because they can interfere with my sleep. I learned that the hard way when I took one at 4 pm and had trouble falling asleep until midnight. So I try to avoid taking them after 3 pm, or at least six hours before bedtime.

Remember those caffeine pills we all took back in the day to get through high school or college exams that made you feel horrible afterwards? Well, these supplements are the exact opposite of that!These give you fantastic energy without dragging you down when they wear off. They didn't bother my stomach, nor did they meet me feel too "amped up". It also didn't give me a headache when it wore off.I think this is a really great product.

The active ingredients indicates that this has 100mg of caffeine standard for caffeine only tablets is 200mg. This has multiple other supplements in the ingredients.So one capsule is about the equivalent of a half cup of coffee or 2 cups of tea with the caffeine ingredient alone.In my experiences, this combo works for my purposes after lunch but its not enough of a boost in the morning with just a single capsule. I’m very happy with it.

I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!

The product was secured in a manner that allowed me to trust it wasn't unintentionally opened sitting on a shelf. The manufacturer did a good job with this step.As for ingredients; I know the main supplement used to increase mental alertness is caffeine. I wasn't necessarily impressed with 100mg. I would have much preferred the product had 200mg. Of course you can always take 2 pills according to the directions (in a 4 hour period), but I'm not exactly sure how that stacks up with metabolizing the other ingredients.I found the product to be useful in giving you a little kick right after lunch or if you need to go to your child's sporting event in the evening. This isn't the type of product that will keep you wired if you take it later in the evening. I wouldn't use it as a replacement for something like No-Doz.While taking this product, I did not have any ill side-effects. I typically look out for gas, bloating, diarrhea, changes is stool consistency or color. I did not have any of those effects. As your supplement lab rat, I believe this product is safe to take.Overall, for 90 capsules at $11.50, I find this to be a fair price for this type of product. I recommend it.

Didn’t give me any energy

It's a decent energy booster. I've been sick with a head cold, and one capsule provides me with enough energy to operate during the day. Normally, I don't see any effects from these supplements, but I think because I'm ill, the extra caffeine kicked in rapidly.

The capsules are non-GMO and gluten-free, which is important to me. The blend of caffeine and herbs like ginseng, guarana, and green tea gave me the energy I needed to power through my long day without feeling jittery or anxious.
