Wasn't sure when I got this tens unit because it was kind of small and didn't think it would push out a lot but this little thing is intense. My old one I would have to push it to almost the max to help relieve pain but this, I can barely make it 10 or 12 before I'm saying too much. I like that I can keep it on a low setting and still be able to get the same pain relief when turned up high on my last one. There are several different settings as well. I use this for my shoulder, wrist and sciatica and with all 3 locations, pain is gone. I did have to read the instructions on this as the settings and placements are different. There are different intense settings which is what I love because I'm able to use different ones rather than the same and be forced to move up the intensity. May be small but it really does pack a punch.

I need to ask if I can buy replacement lead-wires, cause sleeping with the unit eventually roughed up the wires too much. I loved everything about it, especially U3 modes. It was very powerful and a lower level was all I needed for lasting sciatica & hip pain relief. It helped the neuropathy in my legs feel less burning with a feeling of better circulation. I can't wait to buy new replacement wires so I can use it again (during the waking hours only this time lol).

Works to relieve pain. Has several different settings, so you can find one or more you like best and you can adjust strength. I use the TENS setting for back pain. The pads are easy to apply in areas within reach, or you will need someone to put them on on areas like the upper back. I gave 4 stars for ease of use because it is a bit involved to set it up. Overall, I recommend this product.

It really helps. You got to play with it and find what setting is best for you, but no problems except the pads stop sticking after a short while. Can't tell you how many times I feel asleep with it on!

Works equally as good as the medical grade equipment. I borrowed a medical grade machine from a friend and there literally is no difference. Simple and easy to use. This units combines multiple functions during a 30 min treatment which is awesome. Batteries are a plus no need to deal with charging and more cords on the counter.
