I tryed it didn't like it ,cone fall off with little or No movement. For me that made it fire hazards.gave away,if it fell off on me I couldnt get it picked up ,that was my problem.others may love it. To each his own. Just watch it close, kids or pets, can bump or whatever to make it fall.I got new one not the back flow but cone sits in it if it tips over stays in holder has cover that goes over it lets it flow out of that but like I said it maybe for others ,just not me!

I have wanted a backflow incense burner for so long now. This one caught my attention and I was so excited to get it. Huge disappointment. I opened the box and right away I was unhappy. The color was not at all what it was advertised to be. I wanted to place it in my office but the color is so horrible that there is no way I can even bring it in. I was so upset I just placed in back in the box and am trying to figure out what to do with it at this point. On the plus side, they do provide cones. However I can't even review those because I am too disappointed in the product. Not at all what it is advertised to look like. They were also accurate about the dimensions of the product which is good.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The fountain use really small, like barely 4 inches tall. It's cute, but small. My main frustration is the disgusting oil residue that the incense cones leave everywhere. It sinks through the small mouth below and leaves tar on the incense burner. This is a good trait that is good for backflow. This is an advantage. On the contrary, poor quality wood does not occur. Really good for the price. When the cone is burning it can be a little wobbly, I recommend keeping this burner on a plate and being cautious not to knock over a burning cone. Overall it’s very calming. Would make a good gift except the cones it comes with are cheap, I’d recommend getting Wild Berry brand cones.
