I feel it working in my sleep. It can be taken anytime with or without food, but The best way to get benefits from just 1 a day is with water on an empty stomach in the PM. Price is quite high on these and after taking them for a month, I haven’t noticed any benefits from them. They aren’t too large and are easy to swallow. I don’t plan to purchase again since I noticed no benefits from them.

The antioxidant I never knew I needed. I cant say enough good things about this ALA. I just know I will not go without it ever again. It helped me get my taste back after an illness. I literally couldnt taste or smell for a week, lost almost 10 lbs, and didnt want to eat. I literally mean, NO smell - my dog had an accident next to my bed and i couldn’t smell it (so gross). I took this out of the capsule one night and couldnt taste it. The next day i did the same thing and it burned all the way down, never have been so thankful to experience that unpleasant thing! I think it was literally restoring my senses, it never burned again after that (i take it out of the capsule since i cant do pills/capsules). It worked within a couple of days for said reason. Really very thankful to have found this product, so thank you LE for producing it. Will definitely purchase again!

So when I first started taking this at full strength, it made me feel AWFUL, anxiety, fatigue, lethargy. I am a female, 5’6” 130 lbs. I started halving the doses and taking it every other day and now I am LOVING it! I sleep better when I take it, my skin looks amazing, and best of all, it has helped with egg quality as I’m trying to get pregnant. I’ve only been halving the doses and taking it every other day for maybe a month, and this past month at day 11, my ultrasound at the doctor showed an egg of 21! I didn’t ovulate until two days later, so that egg was giant. Usually by day 11, it may be around 15-17, so that was a crazy improvement. I also take N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine to help with this. Def take this if you’re trying to improve egg quality, you may just have to adjust your dose.
