We had a 20+ year old bathroom window get stuck because the interior of the old lock broke. It took about three minutes to replace it with this new lock and the window operates flawlessly again.

Right fit
This latch worked just fine for my milgard window. It did not come with the hardware to mount it though.

As advertised. The part is authentic Milgard. It’s not cheap nor inexpensive. Install in 5 minutes. Two pieces and two screws.I will use the vendor next time I need window repair parts.

Very easy to install
I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to replace my broken latch by myself. I looked up a YouTube video and I was able to do it in a jiffy!! So glad parts are available and I didn’t have to pay somebody to replace it!
