From six feet away, it's hard to tell it's not a true leather-covered pad...
Pachmayr makes great pads, and this Old English is no exception. It's the closest commercial rubber pad I know of that actually looks like a true leather-covered pad. It ground to fit beautifully and does a great job of absorbing some recoil while getting my gun to its proper length of pull.

Simply the best
Have used these on all my hunting rifles, easy to fit and sand, looks great when finished and really reduces felt recoil.

These guys know pads.
First off this is a grind to fit pad, if you don’t know what that means do NOT buy this. For those who do, I very rarely get a bad product. (1 in 100 maybe) and is probably the best looking pad in the market if you do it right.

Excellent recoil pad
I have several of these pads and they are my favorite. They grind nice with a good looking finish. Also, the felt recoil is definitely reduced. Can't go wrong with this pad... highly recommend.
