Great purchase, well worth it
My initial impression of these arms is that they are very well thought out and excellent quality. I made this purchase to support two Asus PA279Q 27 Inch Monitors. Setup was straightforward with clear, easy to understand directions, offering a wide range of options to clamp to my desktop. Currently I'm using a side clamp, but plan to drill a hole in my desk to make use of the pass-through style clamp.Brief:Build Quality: ExcellentEase of use: Straightforward and easy to understand. After a few adjustments both monitors can be easily moved and will stay in place without any excess fiddling.Cable Management: Easy to use, well engineered, looks good and works wellUSB3 and Audio passthrough: Nice add-on, I've found it useful even though it wasn't a determining factor in my purchaseI would highly recommend these arms to anyone looking to support two 27 inch monitors. My only regret is that I waited so long to purchase them.

Excellent product, easy to use and setup
Easy to setup on a sit/stand adjustable desktop. Once I got the monitors attached and adjusted the balance screws to each, I could adjust either one with a single hand with ease. I love the product and feel like it is a solid piece of equipment. The only complaint would be the little clips that hold wires running the length of the support arms break easily. I've only opened and closed them I think twice but at least 2 of them broke already. Not a big issue since there are so many of them and the ones to either side of the ones that broke do a decent job still holding the wires. I also love the headphone/mic plug and the USB that is built into the base. Great for charging my phone! Excellent product I have no problem recommending to others looking for a dual monitor mount system.

Very sturdy design.
Very sturdy design. Does leave clamp marks on a wooden table even with the pads provided. May need to double down on padding for the clamp.

Great mount, worth the price!
If you're on the edge about purchasing this monitor mount due to the price and considering a less expensive alternative I'd say the Locket D7D monitor mount is most definitely worth the money!I have two 27" HP 27vx monitors mounted, the only negative thing is that I had to buy third party adapters to allow me to mount the monitors due to the lack of mounting holes on the monitors themselves. The adapter allows for the same use of the monitors, but is a little harder to adjust them to the correct viewing angle, but once you have it where you want you're good to go.I'd advise putting some time into where you would like to install this mount. I myself thought I'd want it centered in-front of me, with both monitors equally in front of me. I was wrong, I ended up mounting it in three different places before finding the right spot with the one monitor centered in front of me and my second monitor off the the side. I really like the flexibility and range of use of the mount, I'd definitely recommend this for people who work from home like myself.

Works great, nice and sturdy
Works great, nice and sturdy. The wording in the instructions wasn't initially clear to me on how to adjust the tension on the gas spring that regulates the height but once I got it it worked perfectly. I can move my primary monitor up a few inches when I have a glass on my desk and it stays exactly where I put it. My secondary is a wide monitor rotated 90 degrees, absolutely no problems there either.I didn't specifically need the little USB and headphone jacks, but they turned out to be a nice bonus. Saves me the trouble of going behind my computer if I want to plug in a flash drive or something.I've had this for roughly 3 weeks now and I'm glad I bought it.

Lockteck D7D you can't go wrong!!!
The Lockteck D7D is a awesome mount. I really like how flexible it is with my monitors. I have two monitors that are 27 inches and made by ASUS, and the mount worked out very well with my monitors, so no complaints at all. I am known for putting holes in the wall to hold up my monitors, but I am glad I tried something different. The way my monitors are setup it looks almost as if they are mounted to the wall. I really like the USB 3.0. It's very helpful where it's located. I am glad that I brought it, and I am thinking about buying the mount for my MacBook Pro.

Frustrated by mounting and adjusting
This worked ok when first purchased, but then I had to replace a monitor. The new one is 6.88 pounds, so well within the limit of the arms. Using the ball adjustment to tilt the monitor, will just sink down to lowest setting. It will be tight enough though, that I can't just lift to adjust the ball where I want, instead I have to go in back and loosen all the allen nuts around the ball. This isn't easily done all the time as the armature blocks the access part of the time. I have to try to hold the monitor in place while I adjust, then tighten down. Only to have it sinking again later. Mounting the monitors is difficult as well, especially with use of the spacer washers. I've seen other mounting units that will let you attach the mount to the monitor, then lift it on to the arm. This one you have to hook the top screws into the mount, then try to install the bottom screws. I finally gave up on the new monitor and have it sitting on it's included stand next to my second monitor which is still mounted on the arm.

Great monitor holder, with a caveat.
The unit is solid as a rock and very well made. I have 27" monitors mounted on it and it easily holds them. However, I am concerned that they are not heavy enough for this model as I cannot get the arms to stay at any height other than fully extended. I suspect that my monitors are not heavy enough to engage the vertical adjustments. I emailed customer service days ago, but have heard nothing.I highly recommend the quality of this swivel desk mount!!! It is bullet proof. However, I question the descriptions of these devices in general to offer enough help to the buyer get the right product based on size AND weight of monitors. I also question in general, that these kind of units are taking into account the fact that monitors are getting lighter and lighter. In summary, buyer, this is a GREAT product, but be careful that you know the weight of your monitors so you don't overbuy. Stronger is not necessarily better, it seems.
