originally placed order where the item was being fulfilled out of UK - that got cancelled by the seller due to shipping size constraints imposed by Royal Postfound this item the same day i rec'd cancellation notice on previous order, after confirming it was the same product - same price - only difference being that the seller is in the US, placed order. item arrived the next day.have not flown the kite as of yet, but did assemble and inspect. the kite appears to be exactly as advertised. will update feedback once i've flown the kite

I am new to the stunt kite scene, but I have to say that this is one durable kite. I am still learning the basics and this kite is holding up very well to some hard ground impacts. When the wind is blowing steady this kite is very easy to keep in the air, when the wind srops off this gets much more challanging. 8 miles an hour is about the minimum that you need to fly this kite. Over all a great kite to start stunt kiting.

Great kite for the price! Quick easy setup, able to launch on your own, flys good in low winds and even better in moderate to high winds. Only down side was the bag for the kite had a tear in it but still functional.

Built really well, took several crashes without any damage. The lines have really nice straps on the end for your hand, much easier then plastic handels. Arrived much faster then expected. Easy and fun to fly.

I purchased a BEBOP Fire kite during a kite festival in North Dakota. The lady recommended the beginner version (this size) as I didn't have any experience with sport kites. After many crashes/trial and error attempts at flying (I'm uncoordinated), I have found this kite to be tons of fun. A good 15mph or so sustained wind is about perfect for performing stunts and just plain flying. The lines are rugged and haven't broken after dozens of flight hours. The kite has taken extremely hard hits on the ground by me and my 7 year old and other than some scuffs on the nylon nose, it keeps on ticking. It takes about 2 minutes to assemble and unwind the line after removing it from the carrying case. Mine came with an instructional disc, but I refuse to look at directions, so I'm not sure of the quality. If you don't want to break the bank, don't have to beat the Jones's, and just want to have fun flying a kite, this one is highly recommended. I have no idea what the customer service is like as I have not had any issues with this kite in 3 years. Well worth the $20+ I spent on it.

Storage bag had a tear on it on arrival, but most importantly, the kite was assembled improperly at the factory. One of the supports for the cross bars was put on upside down and made assembly of the kite impossible. I believe with a little effort, I could have taken it apart and fixed it, but decided to return and get a different brand. Disappointing.
