Amazing for ADHD/ADD.

This TCM herbal formula helped with my anxiety. After a few days of taking it consistently, it helped me with the insomnia I've been suffering from for weeks. I also saw an improvement with my fatigue. Definitely buying again.

This product is a life saver. A wonderful supplement for women.

I have problems waking up at 2:30am every morning and not being able to get back to sleep until a few hours later. I usually only sleep about 5 hours a night. After taking this for 5 days, my sleep has sometimes increased to 6 or 7 hours per night, but sometimes went back to 4 or 5 hours. I still wake up in the middle of the night, but now it is later in the morning, like at 4am instead of 2:30am. I am hoping the improvements will continue. One thing about this formula is that I do get drowsy and have to take naps during the day, but perhaps this is due to years of not getting enough sleep. I am also trying other Chinese herbal remedies (one at a time) and will post reviews for them as I try each of them. If anything changes with this product, I will post a follow up to this. One warning is that this product contains <1% talcum, which is used as a binder. But upon research, talcum is a carcinogen, some say on the level of asbestos. If this formula works out for me, I am going to try to find another brand that doesn't use talcum.

Of all the 30 supplements I take- I actually felt a difference within this one. It asks that you take 8pills 3x a day, I only do once a day

Been taking this product for heart health and blood building. My periods are very regular and my heart doesn’t race as much. Love me some TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).
