There must be a mistake from Amazon. I have never ordered this product before. I'm not sure why the email was sent to me by Amazon, thinking I had previously purchased this, but never did. Sorry I couldn't help you by answering your question. However, I might add that Amazon always stands by any of the products sold directly our through a direct source. I'm sure they will be reviewing the product based on your concern, and will validate the products authenticity.

Q: Is this easy to create bracelets? A 10-year-old girl would be capable to create this just by herself? Is there any instructions inside?

I bought this for my 13 year old and this isn't her first kit. It just her biggest. She like crafts period. The reason I am saying this is because you know your child, I don't. My daughter picked this kit and a separate loom. She knew what she wanted. She makes bracelets, necklaces, and rings that she sales to students at her school for .25Cents each. If you aren't sure about this, just buy/order her a smaller kit and see what she does. I hope this helps.

Q: How about the stretch of these rubber bands?

They're pretty good. My 9 year old grdaughter uses them with ease. I don't think that I would be able to use my fingers for making anything. Maybe adults need to use the loom.
