Nature's Intent Organic Chia Seed, 32 Ounce

*** Do not buy. It is full of garbage among the seeds. Sand, some shells or whatever that is but I am constantly spitting it. Poorest quality ever.Not happy with my purchase. I used this particular brand and kind before. What I received this time around is a totally different package. At first I thought it was just a different packaging. It is even more in quantity - instead of 2lb it's 2.5lb. Yay, right? No. The version you see on the picture is not just gluten free but has a certification and on the back you see that it was processed in the facility with nuts, soy but NOT wheat. This new version says gluten free but was processed on the facility with wheat. It maybe not be a big deal for someone who is not gluten sensitive but it's a huge factor for me. I won't be purchasing this again.

The bag had a small hole in it upon arrival. I wouldn't have known but there were seeds everywhere in the box. The hole is located on the bottom of the bag. I cannot use the bag properly, since the hole is on the bottom. I can't place it upright, nor do I even want to try to open it where there is a resealable part on the top.Pretty unhappy about the quality of the bag because of this.I am hoping the seeds are still fine, since there is no return policy for this item. All I can do is leave this feedback.

I am on my second bag of these seeds and I have zero complaints. I have read reviews of other products which smell odd or taste like dirt or some other yucky taste. There is none of that with these chia seeds. They tasted fresh and clean from opening the bag until it was empty just as they should. The bag was clearly unopened, in excellent condition and shipped and packed well. There were no pebbles or any other impurities in the bag as far as I could tell. I used them over yogurt, over cereal and mixed with water and other beverages. A great product.

I order this often. The packaging has changed but still the same product. I add it to smoothies in the summer and then make compotes with it in the winter.

I just received the Organic Chia Seeds And I noticed that the chia seeds expired 2 years ago. Poor quality control. I would like a refund please!!

I bring a berry smoothie to work everyday and put a tablespoon of Chia seeds in it. These are great tasting and fit the bill. I will buy again for sure.

I mix chia with my morning breakfasts to fill me up and to add nutrients. This brand is very good and the price point is great.
