What is the ingredients for it? And the flavors? And does it have milk and soy in the ingredients?

ingredients are listed on the package. and the flavors I think are chocolate, vanilla, & strawberry. no soy, but whey, so it's derived from milk.

Whey isolate vs whey protein?

Whey isolate is higher in protein, has less carbs, lactose an fat in it that's why it's usually more expensive. Also if you would like to compare proteins like this one check out the website labdoor it ranks proteins an tells you what are in them.

How many grams of protein does this have per serving?

I just received a package that only has 20g protein.

Is this lactose free?

Minimal lactose ~ less than 1gram per serving
