Good value
For the price, I wasn't expecting much, so I'm pleasantly surprised. When I first put it on, it was very uncomfortable. Then I realized I wasn't wearing it correctly. Since there are no instructions included in the packaging, I pulled up the photo on Amazon and figured out what I was doing wrong. Much better. Since I'm short (5'2"), I initially shortened the straps quite a bit, but I didn't like where the camera was hanging against my body. I lengthened the strap so the camera could hang more to the side than the front of my body, which made it more comfortable for me. I can still feel the weight of the camera (Canon Rebel series with 300 lens), but because the weight is on my shoulder instead of my neck, it is tolerable. The hooks appear sturdy, and I like that there are screw locks on them. I did add the safety strap to my camera for insurance.

I like everything except the clip
This is a great value. Very comfortable, easy to adjust, and seems quite safe for my camera. I had to order a replacement (thanks Amazon!), the safety strap was missing from the first one.My one design complaint is their poor choice of "quick" release clip. This kind of clip caves in on itself, making release harder than it needs to be. A better choice would have been to use a "lobster claw" swivel clip with thumb release, as is used on some competitive products. In fact, I replaced the clip on mine with TWO lobster clips, one for the camera and one for the safety strap.Had they included a better clip I would easily have given 5 stars.

It is a great strap for the price
I got this a few months ago and wanted to use it for a few months before writing a review. I photograph bands professional for a media company. I cover bands like Shinedown, Drop Kick Murphy's, Rob Thomas, Justin Timberlake and many others. So I need something that can work well for me, be dependable and be comfortable as well. I am very impressed with this strap. It feels comfortable, I like the extra little clasp to hook onto your camera in case the already sturdy clasp screw on the bottom of the camera breaks. I have had no issues with this strap, I have run from one side of the stage to the other, I use it for all of my shows and I would suggest it to anyone. So far so good and I have been using it for 3 months now. Great price on a great strap!

Excellent strap for a great price!
As a professional photographer who works in the industry and field, I absolutely recommend this camera strap as a must-have accessory in your kit. I was most impressed by the sturdiness, as the safety of my gear and camera is always my biggest concern, and the carabiner connection definitely delivers the feeling of safety and comfort, knowing that my camera is not going to randomly fall off, and shatter before my eyes. In addition, the strap padding offers comfort for those long days in the field, and as someone who suffers from chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain, this is also something that I heavily gauge my reviews of products on. I can definitely say that for the price, this strap definitely delivers, and more than! You won’t be disappointed!

It's worth the price.
This product is great. The reason for not getting five stars is the fact it came with no directions on how to use the product. it was set up to use with the camera hanging on the right side of your body and I needed it on the left. It took a bit to get it worked out. Maybe the video could be updated to reflect the product a little better. Overall, it's a great product.

Comfortable and secure from weddings to trails
I originally bought this strap to connect a second camer while filming weddings. It worked great during the ceremony when I could carry one camera on a steadicam and have another with a wide angle lens ready at my hip to pull up when ready. I ended up using it when my wife and I hiked several trails in Banff National Park in Alberta and it kept my camera securely by my side on every trail. It takes a few minutes and some tugging to get the straps sized to your body proportions, but I've found that once you get it "dialed in" you forget you're even wearing it.

It's very ergonomic.
I have purchased this after realizing the strap that came with my DSLR really hurt my neck when I take my camera on long hikes/trips etc. This shoulder strap is good bang for the buck as it provides good support with sturdy connection with the camera. One thing that kind of bugs me is how un-intuitive it is to put it on. It always takes me few tries to put it on.

It works great and a great price.
It took me several uses to figure out how to put this strap on correctly. It is easy to adjust. There is a rubber washer on the screw that connects into the base of your camera. I personally think this washer should be a little thicker. The screw loosed a few times in the early uses, but I check it regularly. I think the thicker washer would prevent the screw from loosening.
