Nemo Roamer Camping Sleeping Pad

I've been a fan of NEMO for years and love their equipment. Recently I decided to invest in a car camping pad, instead of using my lighter and compact pads. I'm getting older and when I car camp, I want it to be more about the trip and relaxation, not spending time to pump or breathe into a pad. This pad is AMAZING. 4" makes a huge different, I've used NEMO pads and competitors pads in the past and none of them came close to be 4" of clouds like this pad is. I've only tested the product so far indoors as opposed to out in the wild but, I've put it on a number of uneven surfaces and inclines and it is holding up well beyond my expectations. If I can lay on my pad with a swingline stapler underneath it comfortable, really what else can I ask? A small tip for first time users Kendall in customer service gave to me, the pad will take slightly longer to inflate the first use due to the extended period it has compressed, definitely take the time to let it slowly inflate prior to first use and store flat and with the inflate and deflate tabs open to maximize the inflation time when you finally head out for your next adventure.

I inflated as soon as I received the sleeping pad, just to try it out and it is very comfortable.Easy to inflate, deflate and roll up.Will update my review after I use it camping.I own a queen Intex air mattress and even though it’s made well and doesn’t deflate overnight, I just can’t get comfortable.Update: used the mattress overnight at my son’s house on the floor and I can say it’s the most comfortable mattress to date that I have used.

Love Nemo products, all quality stuff. This is the best mattress I've ever had that can still pack to a reasonably small car camping size. I'm a side sleeper and had previously used a 3" inflatable with 1.5" of foam, and this is somehow even better. Don't over-inflate it though - it actually works best if there's enough give that your butt/shoulder just barely doesn't touch the ground when laying on it.

This is the most comfortable pad that I’ve used yet, and it was easy to compress and pack into its bag.

It doesn’t self inflate all the way. You will need a separate pump that is not included if you want it fully inflated.

A bit pricey but I believe the comfort level is worth it.

Love this sleeping pad! Kinda difficult to inflate, but I leave it inflated in a cabin so that’s not an issue for me. Very nice design!

Best sleeping pad ever! I probably will not use for backpacking due to bulk. However, this is the best I have used for canoe or car camping. Very comfortable
