Comparable to knee braces twice as expensive. Well made heavy duty adjustable. Definitely runs LARGE. I ordered a size down because I read the reviews and a lot of others stated they were running larger than expected and they were right. I could have even gone to a medium but that might have been too small so I'm happy with what I got. My hubby is having knee surgery soon and really needs the support. He is 5'11 250lb has thick legs. The large provides plenty of room and is adjustable. He adjusted it as much as it would go and it provides good support. This is while wearing it under his pants. He is going to try wearing it on the outside of his pants to see if it can be comfortably worn that way. If not that's fine. I'm hesitant about sizing down anymore because too small would be a waste of time and this one does adjust firmly but it's at maximum tightening abilityHope this is helpful. All in all well worth the price for sure. Others like this are priced at 59.00 this one was 26.00 same quality as more expensive ones

Works well. Adjustable, comfortable, provides right amount of stability. The extra straps make it very secure. Doesn’t fall down when you’re walking.

All in all the knee brace is solid. And for the price it was great. I felt much better with it on and was able to do way more activities while wearing it. You DO feel supported. And its quick enough to get on and off. Also as long as your smart, it wont smell.That being said the hinges don't offer as much protection as you would hope. Tying tighter will help, but also will cut circulation. At 1-2 months, it will start to warp a bit, so the protection does lessen. At that point you may just want to upgrade.

Perfect brace, very comfortable, does not slip, twist or have the straps let go. Unbelievable support!

Had too many velcro straps that kept catching on each other while I was trying to put it on. Frustrating to get on.

This product works very well,which is why this is my 2nd one. I can Snug it up so it does not slip down .Very comfortable, easy to clean.

It is very supportive and durable. Do not have worry about it until I take it off.

Good product, but fair warning I had to go down to a small size (I weigh close to 200 lbs) from large, my usual size because I couldn't get it tight enough to get good support for my torn meniscus. Old surfing injury.
