These solar LED lights are very bright if you put it in a location with a lot of sun. I have the switch at #2, which turn to half brightness in the evening and full brightness when motion is detected. If you don’t have a lot of sun light, turn the switch to #1 that would turn on the light when motion is triggered. Otherwise it stays dark.Since the last review, I have bought another 2 light set. So now I have two lights in front of the house and 2 at the back. These solar lights are nice and bright and there is no need to run wires around the house for additional lighting.

I have been looking to get solar lighting for my back porch steps and I am so happy to have found this product. My steps are sunny all day and well suited to a solar lighting solution, But it had to be bright without irritating the next door neighbors. ( we love our neighbors) So I tried this brand and am very happy with the results. They worked with less than 8 hours of sun light on the first night. They respond well to motion and our Pom sets off the sensor as well. The light is bright and well directed downward so the neighbors won't mind. Installation was a breeze and I was able to do it with hand tools (2 screws for each light) I even used small pilot nails the first night so I could move them if needed and as it turns out my placement was perfect, so I pulled the nails and set the screws in just a few min. Easy as you please.Great units and I would suggest to friends or family if they were looking for a solar lighting solution.Louis

I know these things are cheaply made and typically leak water when placed outdoors. So before installing I used Liquid Electrical Tape from Home Depot to seal the seams, screw holes and solar cell edges to keep it watertight. It is mounted to side of the house completely exposed to the elements. Since installing we have had torrential rains, freezing rain and snow. So far still working after a couple months of winter weather in KS.Light brightness is not intense, but clearly lights area around our trash cans.

I have one of these on the outside of fence and one on the inside of fence. It actually is set at 2 as advised by other reviewers to save the solar light when it comes on and off. Wow when it comes on it stays on just long enough for you to walk by and for example look for your car keys, take garbage to curb, for the dog when you let out, etc. It is awesome the quality and I will stick with this brand name from now on - trust me great quality!

Bought product based on reviews. The lights don't seem to have strong motion detection, despite the settings. The brightness is okay, but they're not crazy bright or anything. Just meh. Customer service for company is stellar. Contacted the company for another copy of directions, and the representative was lightening fast. Kudos for that.

Man these are the stuff to get I'm ordering more now. I like the different settings . Very bright too ,plenty if lite. I'm gonna put them around the whole yard ,I can see where my dog is at nite,just follow the light down the fence line.

Got up got them charged but last night walked past in and around driveway never kicked on. Went into backyard did same thing they did not kick on. Not sure what to make if it. Will have to change batteries again did it once already but not sure what to make of it

We've tried several LED motion lights and so far your product is the best. This product has a great battery and the light even turns on in the morning. The lights are very bright; we appreciate there is a choice of 3 light modes (low light, high light, motion activated, et al). We will recommend to anyone when possible!!

Received the 2-pack, no instructions. No mounting hardware. And only one of the units works. Swapped the battery with the other, and still didn't work, so I was sent a defective unit.
