This radiator does not fit in a 78 elcamino. Trying to modify the support to make it fit.

I recently purchased the CoolingSky 3 Row Aluminum Radiator kit, and it has been a welcome addition to my vehicle. The product appears to be well-built and certainly enhances the overall aesthetics of my engine compartment. As a replacement radiator, it was a perfect fit and functioned flawlessly.The included electrical kit is decent, but it does have a couple of minor drawbacks. Firstly, the wires on the fans come with a random plug, which means you'll need to cut the plugs off and wire them yourself. Additionally, I found the wires to be a bit shorter than I would have liked, so installation required some extra effort.One thing worth noting is that this radiator kit did come with the nipple for the overflow hose, despite some reviewers stating otherwise. However, it's a good idea to be prepared to seal the extra ports in the radiator that have plugs, as they did tend to leak for me. I ended up purchasing some Teflon tape to help ensure a proper seal.Despite these minor inconveniences, I would still highly recommend this CoolingSky radiator kit to anyone in need of an efficient and visually appealing cooling solution for their vehicle. Once installed and properly sealed, it performs admirably and adds a stylish touch to the engine bay.

Nice quality but doesn't fit 79 El Camino

I tossed around the idea of buying a much more expensive radiator than this one, but I am glad I went this route. It keeps my 454 cool at an idle without any incoming airflow through the vents. My 454 warms up quick to 185 degrees, the fans kick on, and it stays between 185 and 205 even in the hot summer. This radiator is 5 stars, no question.Be careful not to crush the sensor when you are tightening it into your intake. I got mine seated with what I thought was gentle pressure and unfortunately I deformed it. I went ahead and swapped it for a more robust sensor, but I think this one would work fine if you tighten it in with the enclosed portion of your wrench to apply pressure evenly to all sides of the sensor as it's being seated.

Radiator is pretty thin for a 3-row. Had a 2-row griffin before this one and was thicker. I’ll edit after sometime of use and see if it keeps it cool.

The radiator and over all quality seems very good. The only problem is I didn’t receive the electrical plugs for the fans. So I’ll either have to cut the wires or see if I can find a plug to match.

This was a gift to my grandon for his project on a 89 blazer. Is very happy.

Said it would fit a 1974 Chevy c20, it does not. Also arrived mildly damaged. I will still be putting it in as I don’t have time to wait for something else, but had to make custom brackets. IT IS ABOUT 2.5 INCHES SMALLER IN EITHER DIRECTION!!!Still will fully cover the hole in your grill for a 1974 Chevy c20, but requires custom brackets.Otherwise it isn’t too bad.

This combo works great and so far it is doing what it supposed to do. Temperature control is great.
