Planetary Herbals Full Spectrum Jiaogulan Tablets, 60 Count

This and the Berberine may be doing what I was hoping for, help me lose weight. Over the past 2 weeks I've dropped 10lbs, however I've also been sick with a sinus infection. So I do like the fact I've lost weight, just will have to get this again to see if the weight lost continues.

This is being taken in conjunction with other herbs. It's fine. Sized like a capsule, so easy to swallow. Hoping it will help with weight control, butit's too early to tell about that. Blood sugars are in the normal range.....A1c was 5.6.

I take jiaogulan because it is supposed to be a very powerful anti-aging herb. It's hard to say if this supplement is actually doing that for me, but I imagine it's a long-term benefit, so I will keep taking it. I haven't noticed anything positive or negative from taking it (I take one pill per day in the evening).

I'll be honest I have never used. My wife could not purchase from the health food stores any more and she challenged me to find it. I did find it but later was told it was back ordered. When I found it on Amazon I ordered. It arrived very soon at the front door, I was a hero and won at least a verbal bet and got an "Atta boy". She loves the stuff and I am about to order more.

Jiaogulan is available as a Tea or as an extract. The planetary Herbals brand of the extract cane well packaged and arrived promptly. There are several studies that suggest that this material can help lower elevated liver enzymes. I take it for this purpose and it seems to work. I strongly recommend this brand of the extract

I love plantery herbals brand on other products but this did nothing for me. Another brand Ive used will make my ears warm because of upregulating ampk Not plantery herbals. Wont be buying again. Too bad because I love their other products

Not sure that it was what I was looking for and returned it.

This is one of the best anti aging products I have tried. I have not yet seen any improvement but based on the stories I read it seems to be working
