Nothing to say that it's washed or unwashed. Tastes bitter no matter how long it simmers.When I ordered this, search filter was on 2 lbs or more. I didn't check that out was only 16oz.I won't recommend this product.

For me this is a a product that is a stable in my diet so that I can get this quality in quinoa and in addition by subscription is a very big plus. I heartily recommend this quinoa.

Whole Grain White Quinoa is a great option for diabetics who avoid the carbs of rice, but want the protein. This is an excellent choice. A beautiful, clean and tasty alternative.

No complaints, tasted great, came quickly.

My mistake, I would have never paid $9 for 1 pound, I thought it was 3 pound bag.
