Too tall
Overall it's good. The height happens to match the size of the windshield so you don't need to put the visors down (they surely use this same model for other cars - it's too wide, but the height is ideal). The "V" shaped cut-out for the mirror is not deep/long or wide enough to get the shade on w/o folding the shade (which is pretty stiff) at the top/corners of the "V" to open up the opening more. Not worth blocking that extra 1% of light, would rather it be easier to put on/off, and the mirror gets bumped - might fall off if I manhandle it.I roll it up as tightly as it came in the box (not going out of my way to make it as small as possible). I am pretty sure it is smaller rolled up than the more expensive folding one (I saw that one first hand - friend has it. That one is very high quality, a level above this one I'd say)).The Velcro is sort of backwards. Instead of the Velcro pulling the shade tighter, the Velcro goes in the opposite direction. If you were to pull on the Velcro, it would come unrolled instead of being rolled tighter...very odd...maybe they put mine on backwards. Well, one advantage is that if it pulled the roll tighter, the Velcro would be pulling the stitching towards the nearby edge, and could pull/rip off.

Its a Match!
This sunshade was purchased for my 2012 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback (5 door). The car is black on black and gets REALLY hot in the summer. I've always kept a sunshade in all my vehicles and decided to go custom for my newly beloved Ford. The shad is a pretty good fit and works well with the auto wiper module. The material of the sunshade is kinda different than the normal sunshade. I actually prefer THIS material over the others. It seems to be more dense and with a very nice reflective surface. Having the dense material between the three layers helps with dissipating heat. This is not an accordion style which in other words means you roll the shade up for storage. There is a Velcro strap to hold it all together. On a scale of 1-5 for overall price, quality, and satisfaction: I give it a 5!! It will suit the needs of the average person or the car junky. I take very very good care of my vehicles and having less heat on your interior and dash will increase the longevity of your investment. Buy this product, you will be extremely pleased. :)

Not a perfect fit
The rear view mirror interferes with a good fit, you have to really make a fold under the rear view mirror so it can somewhat fit. The sides are a bit wider than the Ford Focus window but not bad. It’s ok. I would probably buy another type for better fit.

Has held up well after seven years
I bought this seven years ago and forgot to review it. After seven years I'm still using it. It has held up well. It hasn't dried up or cracked from the punishing high altitude sun. Never had a windshield shade last this long.

Nearly perfect
This shade works really well for my 2012 Ford Focus hatchback. It definitely covers like 99% of the windshield. The material is really heavy, and seems to insulate really well. My only complaints are that it is really awkward to try and roll up. It really needs to have some kind of creases or something manufactured into it to help make it easier to roll. Sometimes I can't roll it small enough for the Velcro strap to wrap around it, and then I have to unroll/reroll again once or twice. It would be extremely awkward to do inside the car if you have a front seat passenger, too.

I was pretty happy with it originally
I purchased this folding shade in June, just at the beginning of the ultra hot summers here in Phoenix, AZ. I was pretty happy with it originally. The fit was pretty good (could stand to be a little taller right at the rear view mirror). But now, just three months later, the center of the shade is sagging in the middle which causes the shade to not want to reach all the way to the mirror. It's important that it touches the mirror or it REALLY sags inwards. The shade has been taken care of (never bent in any way) so this is really kind of sad. Whatever material is used internally just doesn't stand up to the Arizona sun. For the price of this shade I would expect better.A co-worker has a custom sunshade from one of Intro-Tech's larger competitors that he's been using for three years and it's holding up really well. It's about the same price as the Intro-Tech so I guess I'll have to drop some money on that next summer.

When rolled up it tucks nicely in the back seat
This is a very custom fit auto shade. It fits the windshield perfectly. With that said it is very large and cumbersome. When rolled up it tucks nicely in the back seat. If I have four people i the car it is so big that it has to go in the very back. It serves its purpose though, so I am happy with it.

Great for the Desert Heat
Really bulky beacuse it just rolls (and not very tight at that)...which poses a spacial issue in my little car, but other than that I absolutely love the coverage and how much it helps in the Arizona sun.
