ScanpanHaptIQ Stainless Steel-Aluminum 8 and 10.25 Inch 2-Piece Fry Pan Set

These HaptIQ pans work beautifully on induction cooktops. The surface is safe for metal utensils and perfectly non-stick. I purchased these additional pans after using my first pan as a test for six months. I am lo longer concerned about scratching a non-stick pan or having the material wear off and leave chemical material in my food. We have multiple cooks in the kitchen and so nice to not have to be concerned if someone serves from the pan with a metal spoon or stacks a frypan in the cabinet without a requisite papertowel in between to protect the non-stick. It's a joy to cook when there are multiple cooks in the kitchen at different levels of being cautious.

This is by far the best pan I've ever used. No butter, spray or liquid and eggs cook without sticking. I'm so impressed with the feel of the handle, weight of the pans, quality of construction and the say it conducts even heat. I'm using an induction cooktop and could not be happier.

so far so good - I've used the 10.5 inch pan twice a day everyday for a month now and it has worked very well. It has no observable damage, cooks evenly, remains nonstick, and cleans very easily. There's some discoloration on the undercarriage but I couldn't care less about that. It is a bit thicker than pans I have previously used so it takes a couple extra minutes to cool down after cooking so I can clean it

We have had scanpans before, which we liked very much, but I was curious about this non stick version. They are truly the best we have ever had. The polished stainless steel is gorgeous and nothing sticks to them...even without oil.

We have used Scanpans for about 15 years. We thought they were great until we bought this version. We are limited to what pans we can use because we have an induction cook top. Just for the record, way better than gas, but I digress. These pans practically clean themselves. Our other scanpans needed extra cleaning every so often. I don't think these will. We are thrilled with these pans!

These are great pans. I have been using them for a couple of months. They brown food nicely and are truly non-stick. The non-stick coating seems to be holding up fine. My only complaint is the thickness. If the bottom was thicker, you don’t have to be so careful about cooling the pan down slowly, so the bottom doesn’t warp. They are also a bit expensive. Still one of the best I have found, so far.

Scan pans are the best nonstick pans I’ve ever used. I love this set to compliment my stainless steel pans and carbon steel one. Truly wonderful. I recommend these to everyone. I would switch all my other pans save for my carbon steel pans for a whole set of scan pans.

Excellent quality, a little heavy, but very solid and sturdy. Easily washed up. Recommended by a friend and not disappointed. We’ve bought two more Scanpan items since.
